Frequently Asked Questions
This is a “high touch” program. We are not simply going to provide you with vet notes. We are going to answer your questions, discuss your most desired veterinary topics, and share our own experiences. We may also send you some of our cases so that you can actively learn from us, even if you don’t feel as though you have anything to ask or discuss initially. You will be provided with our private contact information, and we are available to you most hours of the day.
In general, people put more effort into something that they invest in. We are committed to being present for our mentees when they need us the most, and we want our mentees to take the relationship and opportunities seriously. In addition, the mentee will never have to “feel bad” for reaching out or inconveniencing us, because they are paying for the service.
Payments will occur through the booking tabs on our website, under the mentorship section. You may enter your debit or credit card information upon purchase. If you are having issues, please contact The Doctors Fernandez directly.
Yes. Once you pay for the month, you cannot get that month refunded, but you should be able to cancel for future months at any time.
